VISA APPROVED but no POE

I have received my visa around 20 days ago but not my port of entry letter or correspondence letter so kindly help me out and try to send me my letter of acceptance as soon as possible or tell me any other step which I must take to receive my port of entry letter

Same with me. I have emailed CIC, Visa office that processed my application only received automated acknowledgement of receipts message but haven't get the letter. Am set to travel next week, what do i do next? Cos the letter is one of the documents to be presented at Port of entry to get study permit in Canada. Will I be issued study permit only by showing my passport stamped with student visa in it? Please I need help!

Hi,
My spp visa got approved on 24th oct but i didn't receive the poe(port of entry) letter of introduction.
I just got a note from vfs that "we have not printed your poe letter of introduction visa official can access that when you arrive"
I checked the mail also but it is not even there. What to do now? Can anyone help please......

I have the same issue, so I mailed to consulate general of Canada that i have not received that letter so they reverted that the visa in your passport is the only thing you need to travel to Canada. The immigration officials will access the the data from that
So I am carrying a hard copy of that mail with me.
But just wanted to ask, did this create any problem in immigration in India ?
