If u r from country being considered for file review/expidited process then maybe 6to 9 months

Yes, i hv been thru this file review process.. and my claim got accepted.. when i got the letter is submitted all my documents in support of my claim through my lawyer

Hi Rahim Khan I just saw your comment about mentioned comment, I'm from Iraq I did my application on April 17 , I did all the stuff by myself how many months should I wait it has been 3 months what should I do how long can I wait? thanks for replying bro.

Could be up to a year even if you are categorized as a less complex case.
