I've just replied to your thread.

You need to post the case notes (not every page of the GCMS notes, just the paragraph at the end which is sort of the summary made by the visa officer) + your wife's profile (employment, property, any children or dependent family members, previous travel, etc etc)

Not true, my parents never visited any another country, both retired, got Canadian visa first hand, 10 years, my in-laws too.
They will NEVER tell you the real reason.
Why do you people confuse each other here ??

I'm not sure what you are suggesting, that the people on here some of whom offer hours upon hours of their free time (I am not one by the way but Bryanna is) to help others with their immigration situations absolutely free of charge are doing so just to confuse people?

This is a free site, where you will get varying opinions from regular people like you and me, where you may agree with some and disagree with others. If someone wants a professional opinion they can get an immigration lawyer and pay for it.

I don't think so is for free. Nothing is for free in Canada.
It is an advertisement for canada visa , just got 2 emails from attorney David Cohen and Max Desveaux assistant. which are part of this business.
And nothing is wrong with that. But don't make it so hard for people. That is my point. At the end of the day only the embassy officer will make the decision.

Bryanna does not work for canadavisa. If you got an email from Cohen and Desveaux, this means you ticked or clicked on something that allowed them to email you. All advice from this forum is for FREE by people such as Bryanna who do so on their own time. She also isn't making it hard for people, she is giving her opinion based on what she knows. The person asking does not have to take her advice.

Also note that a Super Visa is different from a TRV so the fact that your parents were approved on the first try is great but not applicable to all.

Just because you're saying that, that doesn't mean is proved.
However, who mentioned her name ?
Why do you point at her?

I'm saying, answers from " specialists" of this forum are helpful but also very confusing at times.

I'm referring to my experiences when I have applied for my parents , in laws, and cousins. Eligibilty requirements for visitors and TRV have not been made from any of us here and the limitations on your advices to people IT IS VERY CONFUSING AND HARSH.

Reason ?

So far, for free advices.

Rest assured Madame Elbagurl, I do not earn any income on the side by advising people on this forum.... or even off this forum. And, I'm pretty sure that the other "specialists" on this forum are equally well-off and don't expect any financial remuneration for their advice.

Also, the forum hosts of Canada Visa don't badger me with promotional emails. I have only received an occasional email from them.... I think one email when they sought my views/opinions for restructuring the website a couple of years ago.

If anyone believes that the advice given on here is not beneficial.... or it is confusing.... or it is harsh.... then please feel free to pay for the advice from immigration consultants/lawyers off this forum.

Sometimes people post their cases just to get a second opinion.... or to get reassurance on a human level.... or to understand how to mitigate their visa refusal risks.

Everyone is free to post his/her opinion. But, some people chose to deride members who help others when their own contribution is zilch

Uh hello? None of us are "specialist". We don't have any official licenses from Canadian Immigration or from the government. We are people who just help out newbies who are confused about any immigration jargon that IRCC uses and who doesn't want to pay for a lawyer.

And some of us has been around on this forum for quite sometime. Especially @Bryanna who I believe has been around over 7 years or so. And I been around for 5 years now. Started out an international student looking for advice and now a Canadian Citizen. Also we are just trying to help other people. We give advice just because we want to but if people don't want to listen then to each their own. They can always pay for a immigration lawyer for advice.

just because i am saying what? be more specific so i can address it with proof or let you know if it's from experience. i mentioned bryanna because LOGICALLY speaking, she is the only one who has really advised OP in this thread, if you meant other senior forum members who also lend their opinions, then again, be more specific but i can guarantee that none of who i know of are paid by canadavisa (scylla, canuck_in_uk, canuck78, bellaluna, bryanna, and dare i say even myself). we are here to try and help people IF WE HAVE AN IDEA of what the answers may be.

people here should know that the specialists you call are not immigration consultants or lawyers and that if they DO NOT WANT to be confused, they should pay for a consultant or lawyer to answer their questions for them.

as for your experiences, i looked at all your 10 posts so far, and none of your questions pertained to your parents super visa, so are you referring to your sister's TRV? again, people DO NOT HAVE TO LISTEN to the opinion given here, if people do not want HONEST answers then they shouldn't ask in a public forum. a quick google search will provide contact information for immigration lawyers and consultants, simple as that. but the reason people go here is because most do not want to or cannot spend for advice so YOU TAKE WHAT YOU CAN GET which are empirical opinions based on what we've seen, read, etc.

As i said before, don't confuse people and don't be mean to them.
Free advice, not paid.
Whatever your purpose is, and you know it, you can't confess.

People's "confusion" levels are different. As people giving advice to people we don't know, how are we to know what opinion will confuse them or not? People whose English skills are less than ideal can be confused by the simplest things than those who speak the language fluently. If something is confusing, ask specific questions so we can attempt to clarify, easy as that.

Mean? If being truthful and frank defines mean then that's your opinion and I (as well as everyone else) will respect your opinion, I disagree but I don't have to agree to afford you that respect that it is how you feel about opinions that are straightforward.

Yes free, not paid, which is why people who ask for advice here should take all of the opinions with a grain of salt.

Confess what purpose? Again, confusing, what purpose are you talking about? Purpose of giving opinion? Purpose of being a member of this forum? Purpose of why we eat what we eat? Nothing that I said talked about purpose. I do not understand how purpose and confessions are suddenly in the mix.
