How to write a guarantee letter to living in Quebec?

I am living in Kazakhstan with my family. Our sponsorship program is from Quebec city. We have passed The interview in November 2018.
Immigration from Quebec called to our Guarantor that we have to write a Guarantee Letter (intentions to live in ) In Quebec. Anybody, please help/advice me how to write this Letter to proof for living in Quebec after going to Canada. Thanks a lot!


This is my application status.

1) Permanent Residence
1. We received your application for permanent residence on ---August 2017.

2. We started processing your application on 2018.

3. We sent you medical instructions on October 19, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

4. Medical results have been received.

Hello!
I had same request with u, and i noted:
1. Provide all searching information about Quebec: school for kid, house contact n employement or business in Quebec or email, communication with real estate officer...
2. Provide list of friends in Quebec by fb or zalo....
3. Exploratory history( if having)
Print out all n provide it! Also a letter talking what you did related to Quebec.....
I just also sent all above and was approved!
