WES timeline for 2018

Hi All,
How long does it take for WES to changes the status from waiting for your documents to Recevied your documents?

I arranged for transcripts to be sent from University and it was delivered on 09/18/2018. But the status havent changed yet. Does it usually take few days for status to changes that they received the documents?.

Yes, between 2-4 business days. Sometimes more than that.

I just checked my WES account, I saw that I still have the same update as of 9/12/2018. Which states that We have received your documents and reviewing them. This was the same update that I had on 6th of this sept. Technically speaking it is almost 11 business days with no new update. Is it too early on my part to expect an update? Also a friend of mine told me that sometimes they put your application in queue and you have to let them know and then the actual evaluation starts. Does anyone have any idea about this?

Do send them a contact form. Mine was sitting for 20 days and changed to reviewing within a day I contacted them. It's college application season so unless WES has dedicated staff for ECA only they are definitely swamped.

Will do... Do they respond back to your form via email or just have to wait and watch?

Took them ten days to respond you are in review stage now...

Yes I am in review stage. They received my documents on 4th of this month, the status got updated on 6th and once again on 12th. But the status remained the same as I mentioned earlier.

Same thing for me too. In docs received state since Sep 7.

Yes this is normal. I had two status updates to 'reviewing your documents' - ten days apart. It took a total of 24 calendar days since my documents reached them for them to change my status to 'all documents reviewed and accepted' and move to evaluation stage. I emailed WES twice during this time, and yes, the status changed after I sent the second email. Not sure if the two events are related though.

Yes that's true.except Iit and iim or if you have MCA.it will give you a diploma.

Hi, my application has been put on hold. They have sent verification to my institute " Indian institute of foreign trade" and my institute has replied them, yet WES says that we have not received any email from your institute. Please advice what to do.
