Nothing.
Just notify them that you can't make it.
You will be rescheduled for a later date.
They don't encourage people not fulfilling their appointment.

Hello Canada4evr,

I would like to ask if you resubmitted the same forms with the stamp? I submitted mine and was receiced July 3, 2018, and was returned August 27 because I forgot to put my SIN. I am confused if I can just write my SIN and submit it back with the same forms? I hope someone can help me. Thank you

I have submitted mine on April 3 and was returned on May 25 and sent it back and recieved on May 29. The print out for some reason missed my tax table. When I sent it back, I have replaced the sheet and added explanation letter indicating the issue. Seems the have reviewed my application as fresh and counts started on June 1st. Good luck
