Hi all,
I already created a thread about being new to driving and to Canada's driving license system, but this topic would be different.
I just passed my G1 today and looking at June 2019 to go for the G2 drive test.
Still have a year to go, so I would like to avoid taking driving classes right now and perhaps finish the classes by end of 2018 - so I might forget how to drive by the time June 2019 comes.
Ideally I would like to start my driving lessons around January of February 2019 - so I can make it smoothly to June 2019.
> Did other new comers take driving lessons in winter? Is it a good thing to do/not too difficult?
> Once you get the G1, how do you gain driving experience? Mainly with driving schools or have you thought of renting a car and having a friend with full G license as a passenger?
Would appreciate any advice,
Thanks
Mat
