anyone here who applied parents US visa and got success recently?

I am PR looking to apply for my family and my parents US visa for a short trip. My parents are visitors to Canada and I want them to see few tourist places in states before going back home. Planning to go by road to States.
What is the success rate of getting visa for tourism purpose?
How to apply?
