Federal level processing time for Investor program?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone is also in the similar situation as we're in now.
We've received for medical instructions on September 8, 2015, and one year has passed after we submitted the results. On October 20, 2016 I've received for another medical instructions, and now the system shows that medical results have been received. There's no update up to now.
I will appreciate if anyone have similar experience before can share their experience or if anyone is currently in the same situation as ours.

I think you may contact the High commission for the status of your application because it is quite unusual.

I have just checked the processing times for the investor category application in quebec and the cic website says 41 months. When you have applied?

I think you may contact the High commission for the status of your application because it is quite unusual.

Thank you. So by "high commission" do you mean that I should call IRCC and contact the supervisor in charge of handling the document? How can I ask for the person though?

Hi, i applied QIIP too, I got my CSQ last year Sept. CIC got my PR application Mar this year. I found the processing time is 44 months in CIC web. Anyone know the actual waiting time to get the PR? It is quite a long to wait...
