Paying PR processing fees $550(without the right of permanent residence fee)

I am a Protected Person applying for PR within Canada, we are family of 6 including 4 adults (both parents myself 24yrs old and my brother age 19) and 2 minor applying for PR and my father is the main applicant.
although we are exempted from the Right of Permanent Residence fees.

My main concern is:
- Does every adult in the family has to pay their separate Processing Fee for PR ??
- How to Pay the Processing fee when sending the documents through courier? i.e do we pay by cheque or pay online and attach the payment receipt with the document ?

Please anyone ?
