Hi,

I have been separated with my ex-spouse since 2016. I already applied for Permanent Residency under the category of International Graduate. The status that I have put on my application form was "legally separated" however I don't have any document that will support it. In this case, the CIC got back to me and were requesting for medical examination, passport, English test, etc which I cannot provide as I don't have contact with my ex-spouse anymore.

What should I do in this matter?

Thanks in advance!

You need to provide your divorce documents or get your husband to do medical, pcc, etc
Btw, my PR application was submitted already and CIC got back to me and is requesting for my ex-spouse's medical examination, english test etc. which I cannot provide.I applied for divorce and already got a stamped from the court and will submit this to CIC as a response. Do you think this is enough to satisfy the CIC officer or do you think they will ask for a divorce certificate which will not happen anytime soon as divorce process will take time?

Thank you!!
