Are you talking about the PCC? Because PCC and Schedule A are two different things. She can accomplish the Schedule A at home and upload it online or it depends how CPC-M wants it to be sent (via mail or online). Anyway, try to submit the docs before the deadline, if there's no way you can submit on time, inform CIC asap.
