I am filling the application to sponsor my orphan brother from Pakistan. I would highly appreciate if you could help me with the following;
1. Medical Condition Statement;
a. Does this needs to be filled by the sponsor?
b. If yes, when should I fill this? as part of initial sponsorship application or once the eligibility criteria is met?
c. In the form, the are asking to write the File Number and Office outside Canada? should I leave these blank as there is no file number issued at this point?
2. In the forms where applicant signature is required, Is it OK for my brother to sign(he is 16 years old) or forms should be signed by legal guardian as he is under age?
3. In Pakistan, there is no such process of legal guardian, he is currently living with my sister and she is taking care of him, Should I attach "Letter of Legal Guardianship" with the sponsorship application??
