i am student in Canada i want to get my family on open work permit can i apply for this and secondly i have a really serious issue with my documents , i am looking to apply for spouse work permit for my wife that is how i want to get my wife and my kid from Pakistan to Canada. my marriage date is different in Pakistani records from the marriage certificate date in original marriage certificate as i got married in 2015 but the date in Pakistani ID CARD records show 2011 what should i do ? thoug the certificate i have is true and fair. please let me know about the consequences if i will apply now or later with my PR.

Do you need to produce your Pakistani Id card for visa application? If not, go by the marriage certificate. If yes, then explain it in a letter to VO. But it is better to get it rectified in your Id card. That would solve the problem from the root.

Neither NADRA nor Passport authorities ask for date of marriage so where you gave 2011?
