I am filling my for for pr application. It's generic pr form imm 0008. It ask if I have valid passport. Should I say no, because my passport is with immigration department. Please advise

Family reunification process

The processing centre in Nairobi sent a package of forms to me in Canada so as me to send it to my family in Africa to fill the forms.
One of the forms is the Genneric IMM 0008 form.The question is does my dependent children (under 18 years) have to fill the form each of his own? Or they should only be mentioned in the Genneric form I have to fill?Please I need urgent answer.
