Hello, I am confuse in one of the question in IMM1295E (work permit application from outside canada). question is what kind of work permit are you applying for? options are: Exemption from LMIA, LMIA stream, live-in caregiver, open work permit, other.
some agents chose LMIA stream. When I read the instruction it say put 'other' as caregiver program is no longer available since Nov 2014. But if I choose other, the LMIA number box if blacken.
anybody has any idea?
