Visas and stamps on passport translation?

Is it mandatory to translate visas and stamps on the passeport if nor in english/french?

Also what about the expired passport should I include its pages or the new one is enough.

For the safe side include old passport pages especially if it has visa stamps on it.

I included in my application.
