So I got a low score of 427 :'( in my express entry. Only chance is Ontario Provincial nominee notices my application.

What I have right now:
-I am currently working in Canada on permit I got from studying here.
-I'm in category 5421 working as animator which a category that doesn't need advertising if the employer will get me a LMIA. (Not sure if thats a real motivator)
-1 year before my work permit expires, July 2017
-My employer just recently confirmed verbally my continued employment for next seasons show

So I'm thinking of asking my employer if I they could put my continued employment into a job offer and get me an LMIA. I'm not sure of the costs but im thinking of telling my employer that i can shoulder it

Before proceeding, What are your thoughts? Did I miss any information?

Thnx

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I think you mean NOC 5241. If its actually 5421 then its a skill C job and not eligible for immigration.

You cannot pay the cost. Legally, the employer has to.

oh yes that is right NOC 5241. Apologies.

I read the PR LMIA is free. But as I'm reading more, get lmia is not that easy... it requires specialized and unique skills to complete the job. and i don't reach the median wage for toronto.
