You should increase your IELTS score, otherwise you have not a slightest chance to get selected with your CRS.

Another possible option: check all provincial programs, you can chase nomination to get additional 600 points

How to check provincial program? and chase them.
Please guide me.
Visit official websites of each province. You can just google for example "immigration Saskatchewan" and find the link of their site. There you can find all information about immigration categories available, all programs, thresholds, guidelines etc. Check if you meet the requirements of each particular province and apply for nomination which provides you with 600 points.

The lowest score ever was 450 in the 18th draw. Check this link for the scores on each draws - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/past-rounds.asp

So the chances for the score to come down any time soon is close to zero. I would suggest you to check for chances to increase your profile score by

1. Increasing IELTS Score
2. Secondary language exam
3. If married, have your spouse to write IELTS and perform ECA for your spouse's degree
4. Obtain job offer with LMIA through consultants or job boards etc

and the most important one is

5. Provincial Nomination

Now, this provincial nomination is completely decided by the province and each province have their own way of selecting the nominees. To become eligible to apply to Ontario your profile score needs to be 400 and above. For British Columbia, you need to have a permanent job offer. Alberta never started their EE provincial nomination this year. Sask has already stopped intake for this year.

So you can focus on the remaining provinces like PEI, NB, Manitoba and NS. If I were you, I would start looking at the requirements for those provinces and start applying to them to get a nomination. You can check these links

Manitoba - http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/mpnp-for-skilled-workers/expression-of-interest/
PEI - http://www.gov.pe.ca/immigration/index.php3?number=1052516&lang=E
NS - https://novascotiaimmigration.com/move-here/nova-scotia-demand-express-entry/
Nb - http://www.welcomenb.ca/content/wel-bien/en/immigrating_and_settling/how_to_immigrate/new_brunswick_provincialnomineeprogram/New_Brunswick_express_entry.html

Hope this helps.

Hi Guys,

I have created my EE profile since Nov 4 and my EE score is 422. I applied with my common-law partner. I am just worried after reading from different threads that most of the people are getting their Provincial Nominee invitations within first 10-15 days after they create their profile, but my profile did not meet this criteria for some reasons.

I have just read on the Ontario PNP site the news they have posted on Nov 24 ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html that we need to create new profile and it has brought me now more tensions.

Here is my profile:

EE Points - 422
Profile type - CEC + FSW met, OINP not met
NOC - 0114
EE profile created - Nov 4 2015

I am PGWP for 3 yrs and it expires in July 2016, and my common-law partner's PGWP expires in August 2017.

I would really like to hear suggestions from all the experience people out here.

Regards

Just try to recreate your EE profile several times until you receive PT notification from Ontario. Some members tried this option and it helped.
