Hi Folks,

I guess members of this group might have filled up Schedule A Background / Declaration form. I need a help on that.

In personal history section it asks for "From" and "To" date of my activity. What should i put in "To" field when i am currently in the job ?

Please suggest.

Dear
It's current year and month (e.g. 2015 and 09).
Use the same for section 8 and 12 (they should match)!
This tells them that you're still in the same place.
I sent mine few days back...

Nope no DM. Not even medical received. I know its sent because the hospital emailed me a copy the same day. My ECAS has 5 lines. The 5th line being we sent you a medical request.

Btw, when you submitted your PCC, with main application or MR?

Msa22 - I submitted my pcc with my application package and they asked me again last month when they sent me a MR request with docs update and RPRF

LVO is on Jet speed, Seen most of Applicants are getting DM and PPRs from LVO and MVO offices for the past few days..
But WVO is still sleeping :-\ :-\ :-\, When will our time come : :
