Manitoba brother sponsorship program

Hello guys, I am 24 years old, living in Edmonton, AB, I am married, have a baby on the way. I am permanent resident.

My brother is in India, he is 30 years old, he is married as well, has a baby.

Is there any way to sponsor him to canada, i have friends living all over canada in different provinces, so if any province have different rules for sponsorship, can my friends sponsor him.

I don't want him to come on study visa, if there are any work visas available or anything else.

Except me and my wife, I don't have any close relatives in Canada.

Any help is appreciated.

try manitoba provincial nominee if your brother has a friend in manitoba or relatives. then check his eligibility and points. google immigrate manitoba and read all the info. ;D
