Quebec immigration. Intention to reject asking notice of income tax assessment.

Dear all,
I have received a email frim midi that intention to reject asking notice of income tax assesment.
Please some one kingly help me what kind of document they want. Is it tax payment certificated from tax office or any other thing. They ask last five years. Is it one page from 2010 to 2015 in one page or five page.
Please help with details about this issue.

The notice of income tax assessment is usually a one page document that you receive from CRA after you have filed your taxes each year which confirms how much income you earned and how much you owed in taxes or were owed as a refund. If you need a copy of your assessment you should contact CRA.

And some info anout assessment years and income tax paid in ful.

Is this document ok for quebec or they need more. Please help.

is this for CSQ application? you can get all previous tax assessments from federal and quebec portals , are you living in canada?

Hello Friends,
I am from Nepal.I had applied for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program in 2014, May. And after 10 months I received a letter from the immigration, where they asked for some missing documents (proof of payment of tax on income and birth certificate). I forwarded all the requested documents and now they have rejected my application saying that I have not send the documents proof of payment of tax on income as requested. But I have send the document for tax clearance. Now, can you please help me to deal with this situation or if anybody know the correct format of payment of tax.

Quebec officer want to make sure you already worked and had income last 5 years.

Yes brother but what is the format if certificate. Is it general format that gives from tax department.

Hello,
Dear Expert is it necessary to present Company name ( by yearly where I had worked) in tax document?
Because there is no company name in our govt tax document format. Here saying assessment has complete and tax paid and other info. is it Ok.
Please help who have got CSQ after update tax document.
