FILE TRANSFERRED FROM MOSCOW TO WARSHAW 2014,,,Warshaw processing time

Help plz.My application was in Moscow since June 24 2014,,then it was transfered to Warshaw on September 4 2014...Now I don't know and would like to know if I should count the months from Moscow (June 24) or from Warshaw(September 4)?? Is Moscow processing time(2 months my application stayed) included in the whole process?And how long will the process take??

I'm in the same situation as you except my wife's file was in Moscow since March or April and was sent to Warsaw Sept 5th. I'm almost certain that our applications will go back to the bottom of the Warsaw pile, the only consolation being that Warsaw is supposedly faster than Moscow. Count yourself lucky that you didn't wait 5-6 months in vain before your file was transferred!

Yes,I know that Warshaw is faster,,CIC shows 8 months.CIC was updated on July 22 before applications transferring from Moscow to Warshaw,that's why it is less predictible how long to wait.thanks for sharing mcbeth.Then if u have waited 5-6 before apllication transferring,it means that Warshaw doesn't count Moscow processing time.....((((((

Only update so far is my gcms notes arrived, in it it says Interview recommended, and under eligibility it has a due date of Feb 27th, 2015. So I assume in the next month or so my wife will be told she has an interview to attend, I hope not but we did things fast were probably a little light on proof.
