Thank you again

You're welcome.

I need your Honest opinion. One of my friend has Applied for FSW 3152 category in Aug 2011. Yesterday his application has been returned due to cap reached. Here I would like to ask you the is it possible to apply under Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) category.

no, cic clearly separate the 2 noc even if some of their duties are the same. one should also have to work for one year in every noc and that is what they will look for in the requirements.

Working as a nursing assistant without a professional nursing license does not automatically prevent you from pursuing opportunities in Canada. However, immigration eligibility and permission to work in a regulated nursing role are two different things.

Your eligibility will depend on your education, work experience, job duties, and the current immigration program requirements. If you want to work as a nursing assistant or healthcare aide, check the requirements for the specific province, as certification rules can vary.

If you are also planning to continue your nursing career, it is worth exploring the appropriate licensing pathway and preparing for the required exams. You can check DrTestMaster for nursing exam preparation resources and practice questions.

Before making any decisions, verify the latest information through official Canadian immigration sources and the relevant provincial regulator.

Best of luck with your plans!
