Same here, applied from Calgary too. No update. Still waiting for Prohibition since Nov 2025.
Same here. I applied June 12, AOR July 22 and BG cleared Aug 28. Applied from Calgary too. Please keep me posted if you don't mind.
Hi everyone,
I would appreciate your advice, I submitted my citizenship application in Feb 2025 and IRCC completed all the necessary assessments (language, criminality, test, presence, and prohibition), except for security (which has been pending since May 2025)
Earlier this year (2026-03-20), I submitted an Application for leave through a lawyer. IRCC responded that the application is under security screening with an external partner, and no time estimation can be done (response early may). Since then, nothing has happened. Is there any one in my situation? any groups for the applications which is taking so long in background and security?
