When was the last time you did medical examinations? If I did medical examinations in 2019 do I have to wait another medical for stage 2 h&c?

I did medical exam in 2016.
Yes, ircc will request another medical.
because 5 years passed.

What was your immigration history in Canada and what type of family tie?

I came canada in 2022 from USA.
Applied refugee claim. It was
Denied.
I Applied H&C in 2023.

He has been here for 10-15 years. As much as some don't like his presence, I'd say this forum is practically a habit to him/Naturgrl/Armoured/etc. His presence in this (arguably dying forum, no thanks to ChatGPT!) is earned. To people who have been here for a few years and contributed nothing beyond their own limited needs, it might feel alien. I rarely write this, because the last time I defended Naturgrl from an extremist, I ended up receiving 1.5 years of rape threats from the extremist.

You should go and check Canuck's history. There are rants, but there are so many contributions that have helped thousands of people here. That contribution, that history, that existence has a place and should be respected.

The difference between a good immigrant and a bad one is quite huge. Good immigrants are not brings their BS to Canada like indian rules , indian cultures , indian values while in fact they do not have any valuable things or their faith.
