I did take my oath yesterday, immediately signed and sent Oath form after that. It looks like IRCC starts speeding up processing for early 2026 applications. I hope all applicants waiting for their oath invitations will get good news very soon!

Now it's time for me to say goodbye to Canada!

It indeed seems like IRCC just started processing early 2026 applications stuck in LPP stage. Just got an update in tracker that an interview is scheduled for Nov 10.

another month of silence got added! raised the IRCC webform for million+1 times.... lol and got the same classic response back in 5minutes that we are working on it! jeeezzz......

Finally, got the update in the tracker that my new test is scheduled for the end of this month, I assume they are planning to do it in-person.

Seems like everyone is getting interviews. I've still been stuck since April. Seems like anyone not required to do the tests are just being forgotten.

I would assume most of them would be Online, but I have not had one.

I saw couple of cases that had in-person interviews on this forum. There's a case that applicant living in Toronto and they had interview with Scarborough office.

Applied Dec 29th. Test passed 21st May. LPP still in progress and last update showing as 23rd May. No interview request or any correspondence since then! Have a lot of travel which I’m suspecting is the reason for delay.

Had the interview yesterday. Asked about criminal record, family, travel dates, job questions. Now we wait for LPP.

Thank you for the reply. My physical presence was already updated in the portal on OCT 14, a few days after I got email for the interview. Now waiting for the Language and prohibitions. My interview is soon, so I will keep you posted.

Got the invitation letter today for an interview on Nov 10. It is in-person (Scarborough), probably because I live in the GTA.

Just off the phone with IRCC. I explained that I applied in January and tracker has not been updated in over 6 months, so just calling to see if there is any update, as I've seen people that applied 3-4 months after me have already got their oath. Their reply. Application is in process, last update was in April. Please be more patient. When there is any update or if they need anything else, they will contact me. Hard to be patient when other people have nearly got their passports. If there are no updates in January (application will be a year old), I'll be contacting MP to apply pressure on them. Ridiculous doesn't cut it.
