Yeah.. No updates for me yet. The tracker is also not seems to be working for few months now.

September 24th 2025 - Application submitted
October 2023 - AOR received
June 11 2026 - BIL completed
October 30 2025 - SOWP submission
December 24 2025 - SOWP Approval
Aug 28 2026 - Sponsorship Eligibility Letter received
Sep 24 2026 - Pre-Arrival Services Invitation

Doesn't look like the timelines are standard for everyone. The portal shows another 9 months as remaining processing time.
