Doesn't look like the timelines are standard for everyone. The portal shows another 9 months as remaining processing time.

Processing time is incredibly dependent on the details of the application so comparing based on application date won’t provide much usual information. At least compare between country or citizenship of the applicant, whether inland/outland and the application month for a better comparison.
