I got my citizenship application returned in May because they didn’t accept the digital photo I uploaded. Until this day, I have no clue why. I followed all steps and used a professional photographer. IRCC was no help.
I resubmitted application. Went to a different photographer. But again, I only uploaded the file, and entered the photographer’s info manually in the text boxes.
No back of photo, no receipt.
Can anyone kindly confirm that this is enough? I believe it should because it didn’t ask for more, but I really don’t want to have it returned again. Thanks so much!!
