Supervisa application portal

Hi,

My parents had a visitor visa earlier and it expired now as it was tied to their passport validity. I am planing to apply for supervisa this time. I’m confused on whether to use old ircc portal or new? I started filling in the new portal however the questionnaire in IRCC website says I’m not eligible for new portal as I have previously used their service for visitor visa. In the old portal (GC key based), it says either visitor visa below 6 months or over 6 months - is the over 6 months automatically considered as supervisa? Please help.

hello, my father's supervisa has expired as it was tied up to the passport which was expiring. Now when I'm reapplying and continuing the form it only shows the option for Visitor Visa more than 6 months, assuming it means SuperVisa only, when I continue under the document submission I do not find the option for insurance, am I doing something wrong? any advise will be appreciated.
