ADR submitted through webform

I’m an Outland applicant.

I got an ADR for updated Schedule A forms. The link in the ADR letter led me to the Schedule A forms that do not have a validate button, but when I tried uploading them through gckey it gave an error and said I need to upload validated forms. But I really can’t find any forms that have the validate button on it on the ircc website, and the link in the ADR also didn’t have them.

So I uploaded them through webform last week, and I also reported a technical issue explaining the situation along with all the screenshots.

My account is still saying we need additional docs so I’m assuming they haven’t received the forms yet. The gckey account is still saying i need to upload schedule A before deadline.

I’m getting worried because deadline is getting nearer. I’ve sent another webform asking about any update but haven’t heard back. I’m an Outland applicant so not sure if I can call.

How long do I have to wait for my account to show any update regarding these forms? Has anyone had any experience with this?

My request letter stated:

“Please provide a separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM5669) bearing an original signature. Please note that you must provide details since the age of 18 or the past 10 years. Be sure to not leave any gaps.”

The form on this doesn’t have a validate button, and I was unable to upload this to gckey because it’s expecting a validated form.
