You go through the main Treasury Board portal and specify cbsa at the appropriate stage.

I find most of it reasonably self-explanatory, the two things to be clear on is you are looking for privacy act (personal records, not corporate information), and you are not an employee looking for employee/employer records. I think once you understand that part should be reasonably clear. In explanatory you can clarify you're looking for all files relevant to citizenship application. It may take a bit less time if you specify time period that corresponds.

Hi I got an update for the Physical Presence on tracker today. I thought my Physical Presence and Prohibitions will get marked as complete once my security screening is complete, but that was not the case for me, and it seems like the security screening is still in progress.

It took less than 5 minutes. They checked my ID and the passports I had submitted with my application. They told me they have no concern, however, they're waiting for the security screening result which is done by a different agency and is out of their control.
