Not yet, but my friend got medical request in 2 weeks and CSQ forms in a month. They applied in 2021 though. So every case is different.
Also, I moved out of Quebec to BC

My friend received AIP in June 2025. Got CSQ already (I believe in couple of months). She got lucky in CSQ. However her AIP took long (more than 4.5 years)
