yesterday I received email from IRCC PR Portal / Portail RP IRCC that Congratulations! You are now a permanent resident of Canada! / Félicitations! Vous êtes désormais résident permanent du Canada!.
and eCOPR is available for download.

But on logging in permanent residence tracker I cannot find the eCOPR download option,

Has anyone gone through same?

Received ECOPR but No COPR in Portal + Duplicate P1 Email — Anyone Else?

Hi everyone,
I received my ECOPR email today, but there’s no COPR available to download in the portal. At the same time, I also received the P1 email again (the one asking for updated details). However, there's nothing new to update — all my details remain the same.

I called IRCC for clarification. One agent mentioned it might be a technical glitch, while another (less polite) agent just told me to resubmit the P1 details.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any idea why this might be happening or what I should do next?
