Hi, does your update shown January 1, 2026? My application last update was February 1, 2025. Now it just changed to the new day of January 2026.

Nope, no change on my application. Last update is January 10, 2025.

It's other way round for me Background and prohibition remaining while language, presence and citizenship test is over

Same as mine for IRCC notes, but mine from CBSA is not blank. Under the CIT CSIS Screening it says "Pending Results" and no update so far.

Did you get this cleared ,how long did this take ?

No, still waiting on BG and Prohibition! There is no update. In my recent GCMS notes (a month ago), the only change I noticed is that "assigned to" and "assigned by" have been changed compared to my previous ones. It could be an automatic thing, nothing meaningful.
Any update on your application?

Don't worry I'm November 2024 applicant and only test (retest) and background completed till now lpp not started. Have patience everything will be fine!

My Background was done in January 2025, my test was invalidated in December 2024, then completed start of June and since then waiting for lpp. I really don't know what's going on? But stay strong and hope for good!

Thanks for sharing your timeline.
I always thought the most time-consuming part was the BG, and after that, LPP was very quick. But yours doesn't follow this.
I think it is a backlog somewhere with a whole bunch of applications piling up. I hope you hear good news very soon.
