Sometimes, a number of applications are processed and moved forward, so the queue shifts, and IRCC it doesn’t update online every day.
What ? I thought you are 2023 applicants. If I were u I will check 2026 form
Sorry i read wrong i applied on july 2025.i called ircc agent today.any ways i asked here because you people already cross these stages and have more knowledge to answer
At this stage you can not do anything. they will contact you if they want other documents. You should wait 5-7 months and they will send AOR and you might not receive one. I haven’t received it but they send me email to connect to gckey after seven months. Year after that you will receive pre arrival and eligiblilty letter. Year later if you are lucky you will receive p1.
If I were you I would forget or for now
GCMS notes does not clearly label the PDF as “Standard” or “Comprehensive. Select on the ATIP application form "Complete Application File - Includes the summary report, all submitted documents, supporting materials, and correspondence"
And I also applied on October 2023 and they didn’t request my biometric yet. Is it normal ?
Step-by-Step: Requesting Your GCMS Notes
1. Go to the Official ATIP Online Request Portal

2. Choose the Right Type of Request
When you start your request:
☆Select that your request is for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
☆ You will choose either:
• Access to Information (usually if someone in Canada is requesting)
• Privacy Act (if you are the applicant requesting your own personal info)
3. Fill in Your Information
You will be asked to enter:
. Full legal name
. Date of birth
. Address
. Unique Client Identifier (UCI)
. Application number — from your IRCC application
. Email address for delivery of your notes
4. If Someone Else Requests for You
If you are not submitting it yourself:
. You need the Consent Form (IMM 5744)

Sign it and upload it during the request.
5. Privacy Act requests — which access your own personal info — Free.
6. Submit & Wait for Response
After you submit:
IRCC must respond within about 30 days some times more..
They may send your GCMS notes electronically (PDF) to your email
You may also track your requests using the ATIP Online system once your account is created.
You have to ask that from IRCC. Because NY now you should have completed bio metrics according to my view. I m october 2023 applicant too I did mine 2024 january.
I received eligibility passed 2025 Jan. Both pre arrival and eligibility. After that nothing..
I just got an email saying your "permanent residence application is ready for finalisation," and they ask for your UCI, name, address and height to submit. I just want to confirm, is it what you call a "portal 1"?
