Reconsideration

Can i get some help my work permit got rejected and when i saw the notes it was on something i did not apply for which proves a clear administrative error.

I applied for reconsideration 2 weeks ago and i still did not hear back, do you guys know any timeline or previous experience ?

There are no timelines for reconsideration. You will only know if your file is reopened. Could be weeks or months, and only been 2 weeks.

The officer rejected on LMIA bases when i’m an IEC candidate ( working holiday) we are LMIA exempt

If you have an IEC work permit , which in itself is an open work permit, why are you applying for an LMIA

Employer applies for the LMIA

i did not but the officer did not notice i was an iec candidate and that is the error
