My timelines, in case it helps anyone.


03Dec, 2025 - Documents submitted at BLS Center Vancouver.

04Dec, 2025 - Documents forwarded to CGI Vancouver.

05Dec, 2025 - Processing at Consulate General.

16Dec, 2025 - Police Verification has been initiated and a request has been sent to Indian Embassy/Consulate. PCC needs to be collected from Embassy/Consulate where the applicant applied after a ‘Clear’ Police Verification Report is received at the Indian Embassy/Consulate.

18Dec, 2025 - Local police station in India verified the details and submitted report.

02Jan, 2026 - Police clearance certificate has been printed.

05Jan, 2026 - In Transit from consulate to BLS center

06Jan, 2026 - Dispatched via Courier - Airway Bill number 1234567890

07Jan, 2026 - PCC received

Hi, I submitted my docs in BLS surrey on Dec 20th 2025. My police verification back home the initiation came on Jan 8th 2026. The BLS tracking shows- processing at consulate general till now. Just want to know how are you knowing the status, is there anything I am missing apart from BLS tracking to know all this. Or its the same I just have to wait till the status changes. I am worried I'll run out of time

I applied for PCC on 09th Jan from BLS Vancouver office. They sent my application to Consulate General on 12th Jan 2025. Since then the status of my application is still showing "processing at consulate general". No further updates yet. I called BLS, but they have no idea and asked me to contact CGI Vancouver. Therefore, I emailed CGI Vancouver today. I have to submit my PR documents by 14th Feb. Any tips on where can I find out about the exact status of my application?
