I recommend you to call IRCC and check if they have your application. If it is, they may be able to provide you the application number.

1. Call 1888 242 2100
2. ⁠wait for the automated message and select option 1 to enter UCI # followed by 1 to confirm
3. ⁠After this press this number continually to get to agent: 3>2>2>0 (you don’t have to hear or wait, just type the numbers)
4. ⁠You will be added to wait line or request a call back if you don’t want to wait.

Submitted PR card renewal application through online portal on Oct 30th.
Received New PR card in Mail today (18th Nov).

Did you get your PR card?
I applied online on 18th. The IRCC portal says submitted. The view is grayed out too.
I am not able to link my application and no status yet.
I submitted a webform and they said they have not received my application. Not sure what to do

When did you submitted the webform.

I applied on Oct 20. Not able to link the application in CIC account. While searching using UCI , it is showing application is already added. (I guess the previous PR card application).

I am now thinking of calling IRCC tomorrow morning to check.

Today checked the PR portal and used the Developer trick, It is showing as
"status": {

}

Tried to add the application on the CIC account and was able to link the application. However, on cic account application the below is showing in the Final decision.

• November 25, 2025 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

I am hoping soon I will get the card.

Application submitted: October 20, 2025 (Urgent Pr Card Renewal)

PR card received: November 21, 2025

I am sharing my complete experience so it may help others going through the same situation.

• I applied for my Urgent PR card Renewal on October 20, 2025.
• All required documents were submitted.
• I tried submitting my application through iPhone Safari, but it would not go through. However, it was successfully submitted using Chrome on my MacBook
• On October 21, status showed Submitted, but:
  • No AOR received
  • No application number
  • “View” option was inactive
• After one week, I contacted IRCC via call centre + webform but received no update or confirmation.
• I submitted another webform after a week.
• Webform reply stated: IRCC did not receive my application and I should re-submit it.
• I resubmitted on November 10.
• Application was returned on November 13.
• On November 14, after contacting IRCC again (call centre + webform), I was informed:
  Your card has already been mailed.
• I received my PR card on November 21.
• Interestingly, AOR + Application Number were received on November 20, one day before the card arrived.
• Online portal still shows the same old status.

If your application is complete and submitted, just be patient — but follow up regularly.

✔ Use both Call Centre + Webform

✔ Continue requesting updates until they respond


Your file may be progressing even if the online status doesn’t change. Good luck
