BOWP + SOWP Application Together – Question About IMM 5710 'Accompanying Family Member

I’m applying for a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) as the principal applicant (PGWP holder with AOR under Express Entry PNP), and I’m including my spouse’s SOWP extension in the same application. We both live in Canada.
In the application form (IMM 5710), there is a question: "Are you accompanying a family member who has status in Canada?"
Should I (the principal applicant) answer Yes or No to this?

Hi everyone, I really need some clarity about BOWP eligibility.
My current status is PGWP and my husband is on a Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP).

My husband has created an Express Entry profile and our CRS score is 471. Our work permits will both expire on January 10, 2025.
My consultant is advising my husband to apply for a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) and include me as well.
However, as far as I know, we cannot apply for a BOWP without receiving an ITA and submitting a full PR application (AOR).
So my questions are:

1. What happens if my husband applies for a BOWP without having an ITA or AOR?
2. If we apply now, before our permits expire, will we both get maintained (implied) status?
3. Will we still be allowed to continue working while waiting for a decision from IRCC?
4. What would be the best and safest option in this situation?

I’m really confused and want to make sure we don’t risk our status. Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated.
