I would like to ask if I need to include my family member’s information when replying to the Portal 1 email? My family member is currently in Canada, but has not received a separate Portal 1 email.
Include all the family members that have already added to your PR application.
 
Hey everybody, new in the forum here! Protected person here, my PR application was recieved by IRCC on August 2, 2023, my biometrics were requested on Oct, 2024 and i recieved the Pre-Arrival message on Oct 2024 after submitting the biometrics (even though i was already in Canada).

Does anybody know what is the next step? The Client Status App does not work for me, and i've reached out to the IRCC but they say the application is still being processed.
