Hi! Have you heard back from
OINP??
I’m in a similar situation, OINP withdrew my application because apparently I missed my resume.
However, it’s a mandatory document, I would have not been able to submit it if that documents was missing. I triple checked and it was there, and also I pushed the check for errors before applying and everything seemed fine.
No, no answer from OINP and our application remains as withdrawn.
Our lawyer also filed application to the SUPERIOR COURT OF JUSTICE (Divisional Court) after 2 weeks of OINP silence.
In addition Ontario ministers were contacted about this case.

What are the steps you took to resolve that OINP mistake?
You still can check in your application attached files if resume were attached.

Thanks for replying. Fingers crossed! I hope it gets resolved soon!
The file is not in our file now, but we are 100% sure we attached it. The thing is that, since the submit button only becomes available when all mandatory boxes are completed, and the resume box was a mandatory one. it’s impossible we had submitted the application without that file. Plus, we checked for errors before pushing submit and the system gave as a clear no errors.
It must have been an error from the system.

Have you tried the media or CEO of your hospital who should also have some connections in government?
