Do these are required?

Proof of Provincial or Territorial Attestation Letter (PAL or TAL) Exception (required).

Letter of Acceptance or Letter of Enrollment/Registration.

My understanding is that the school won't accept the child as long as he is outside of Canada.

Indicate that your child will be attending the local public school in the catchment area where you will be living. No need for PAL or letter of admission.

Hi, is there any option to force an extension for my kids visitor records?
I am all about to apply for my PR at the federal level (since I just received a provincial certificate) and I cannot because I need their updated status in Canada.

Not sure what you mean by "force' but apply to extend visitor records. What is their status now in Canada?

They were visitors and I applied for the extensions before expire. And now when I got a provincial certificate, I am unable to move my PR process without those updates, so was wondering if there is anything I can do for it?

I don't know when you applied to visitor records to extend stay but check current processing times to get an idea. Probably around 150 to get a response for extension. Not much you can do if processing time has not passed.
