I did add foreign work experience in study permit however I forgot to add that in work permit and TRV application. I read on other forums that some people are getting rejection specially about foreign work experience. So in PR application(EE PNP) I have showed that experience in personal history as I don't have enough documents to support. My application is under process. Please leave your valuable input. Thank you in advance,

You really can’t compare unless very recent cases where IRCC have actually began enforcing things.

Can’t anticipate how IRCC will react. The fact the you at least stated it for study permit is positive.

I have the same issue, i didnt declare experience in Work permit or study permit. in my pr application i added, work reference letter, contract letter and a picture of me at work with my colleagues.

In my study permit, i mentioned that i was undergoing a program for my goverment, so i didnt feel like i needed to show my work experience then. i was 20 when i did this and i didnt know any better as i did it myself.

Now im using this for my PR application. will this be marked as MisRepresentation? Its the same noc code as my current jobs.

My foreign exp was an entry level role. but my canadian exp is mid level and senior roles. right now i make >$100k.

im scared this will be misrepresentation, but it was just negligence on my part as i was young and dumb and didnt want to be refused a study visa because i already had work.

What do you think?

Hi, Any Update?

I am in a similar situation but the only difference that when I was filing my student application the space was limited so I included 3 jobs only which were relevant to acadimia. I did it with a good intention.
Then, when I applied for my Post graduate work permit. I declared another job which was in industry.
When I applied for the PR, I got a fairness letter asking about this discrepancy.
My PR application still in process.
In summary, they will check your previous applications for sure.
Hi. Did you claim points for the experience? Thanks.
