Open Work Permit App Returned due to Insufficient Payment

Just wanted to tell each of you...I finally landed (inland) in September of 2019. It may seem like they have forgotten about you because the waiting is excruciating, but they are processing a lot faster now than they used to. It took me from August of 2018 to September 2019 to finish (but I hear it's faster now) and land (OWP received after 3 1/2 months), but it WILL HAPPEN for you. Just wanted to encourage everyone. I just got into this dire situation that my BOWP got refused because I didn't pay the $100 additional fee as an open work permit holder, now l need to stop working despite my PR had already past eligibility check but stuck in comprehensive security check. Not sure if IRCC just add this complexity to the payment process to trip people up, I applied BOWP online and enter my credit card information to pay off whatever the required amount shown in the submission page, and I am pretty sure it didn't mention the additional $100 fee when I submit the payment of $155. Also, this whole thing just does not make sense at all, why not combining the separate fees togther to be $255 so applicants can just pay the total amount. There was no warning or payment request sent to me while I was waiting for a decision to be made.
