SOWP 2025 spousal inland application

Same. I have a feeling I won’t hear anything about the sowp until late August or September

Still nothing and the estimated time I'm seeing now for when I applied is now late October. Rough

Hi,
I got my PR recently and i completed my 12moths period living with my GF. I am thinking to Apply for Common-law island for her PR.
The thing is that i got my PR through CSQ. Do i need to apply for Her PR throught Quebec or can i directly apply with IRCC.
Help me please.

SOWP approved today /applied apr - 1 year valid . But i only have first legal name as per pssport . No last name ! On the approval letter from ircc shows full name under both (so basically twice name ) need to fill webform to ask thm fix Or no need ?

SOWP received with this : Given names: ABC XYZ, last/family name: ABC XYZ

I don’t know if this is the right answer exactly but I would be reaching out to IRCC via webform or calling them about that.

Applied extension to the SOWP on March 14, 2025. Still nothing. Application cannot be linked to tracker. Any updates?

Just to confirm, the application for the SOWP extension or new doesn’t show on the tracker, it shows on the IRCC login. Is that what you mean?

Also I have seen from the Reddit SOWP Megathread that if you are past the 190 benchmark, calling IRCC might help if you can get through to someone and let them know you’re passed the processing estimate and they will send something to the assigned officer. Can’t validate how fast that works but some people have said that they did it and can validate they were told that same thing.

Yes it’s on portal but not tracker. I called IRCC and they only told me there’s no update yet and only told me to wait….

Darn. I was hoping to hear some good news on the calling part. Hang in there, I’m right behind you and I applied April for the SOWP. Also on the waiting stage.
