As long as it's a NOC A, B or 0 role, you can definitely qualify to submit a profile for CEC. What matters in terms of being successful is how many points you have overall (CRS points) since this is what determines if you are selected out of the Express Entry pool.
I think u need to check the job duties as what u do at tim Horton May not qualify under baking NOC. I recall someone was struggling through this but don’t know the outcome

If the NOCs are either A, B or O then you can combine them to meet the 1-year minimum (1560 hours over 52 weeks at 30 hours per week or more) experience required.
Doesn't have to be the same NOC, experience doesn't have to be continuous, doesn't have to be the same employer.
