Our spousal sponsorship application is stuck. Everything is complete since dec2024. Until today no ppr gcms notes say "RFV pending at Quebec space target".

My question is there be quota for ppr before 2026. Is anybody recently got ppr in Quebec outside canada?

You are essentially waiting your turn for landing as GCMS notes suggest. There is always a PR quota/target even for spousal sponsorship especially for Quebec. When did you apply for sponsorship? Would look at posts under Quebec immigration for other’s timelines but it tends to be years.
