Good morning, this also happened to me between May 16th and august 27th but I got an update when it was exactly 3 months and few days after I submitted my passport to IRCC Accra through VFS Lagos. I did a lot of search and I noticed Accra is very slow when it comes to visa issuance especially COPR and PR VISA but there is a stipulated time for COPR issuance so you might have to be patient and I believe it takes between 3 weeks to three months before you can get any update from ACCRA. My wife had to send several emails to IRCC Canada which they had to inform us that they had nothing to do with the application after it was already approved it was left to Ghana office to handle the rest by Issuing COPR but the office forwarded the email to ACCRA that very day and we got another PPR which was a total surprise but my COPR counterfoil was updated in portal the following day and I got an update from VFS on the 27th of August and my Passport arrived on the 4th of September. People need to Avoid IRCC ACCRA by all means because 'they are extremely slow', just stay calm and be rest assured that you will get an update soon. I understand how stressful the wait is but it will definitely come to an end soon.
